Getting Started

• Create a Protocol: Click "New Protocol" to start building a synthesis protocol
• Use Templates: Browse templates for common nanomaterial syntheses (AgNP, AuNP, etc.)
• Templates: Use pre-built protocol templates for common procedures
• Visibility: Control who can see your protocols (Private, Public, or Shared by link)

Protocol Components

• Basic Info: Title, description, and protocol type
• Reagents: List all chemicals with concentrations and roles
• Steps: Detailed procedure with parameters (time, temperature, etc.)
• Tags: Add protocol tags for easy filtering and organization

Tips

• Use the sidebar filters to quickly find protocols by type or visibility
• Clone templates to create variants of existing protocols
• Make your protocols public to share with the community
• Export important protocols regularly as backups
